After a walk through the snowy streets at the cottage, we really want a second cup of hot tea, and once we warm up, we plan a simple dessert of avocado, dates, and cocoa. A blender, three cups, a couple of minutes and the chocolate dessert is ready!

Two bananas can be added in place of the avocado. Ideally, freeze them beforehand by peeling them and cutting them into rings. This makes the dessert cooler and thicker. If you are using non-frozen bananas, spread the dessert into cups and put them in the freezer for a few minutes after cooking.

2 ripe avocados
3 dates
80 ml of almond milk
40g cocoa
75 ml maple or Jerusalem artichoke syrup
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy.
